Tasting Note
Concentrated black fruits (blackberry, cassis, blueberry) with smoked meat, graphite and crushed herbs. Plush, layered palate with fresh acidity and fine tannins; long finish of rosemary, dark chocolate and cracked spice.

Grilled ribeye, roast lamb, braised short ribs, aged cheddar; Korean BBQ, char siu, Peking duck, teriyaki beef, spicy Sichuan beef, mushroom hot pot.

Production Method
Fermented and aged in French oak for ~19 months (≈25% new), blended and bottle-aged prior to release; sustainable viticulture practices.
