Tasting Note
Blackberry and blueberry core with cracked espresso, black pepper, violet, fennel and savory herbs. Medium-full, rich mouthfeel, polished tannins and bright acidity drive a long, intense finish.

Production Method
100% Syrah from Boushey Vineyard. Fermented with a high proportion of whole clusters; aged ~12–14 months in French oak (approximately 40% new). Bottled April 2021.
