Tasting Note
Medium ruby; highly perfumed (rose/potpourri) with red cherry, raspberry, white pepper and sandalwood; dusty dried-cranberry and red-plum skin flavors, succulent acidity, fine supportive tannins and a long, spicy finish.

Production Method
Approx. one-third whole-cluster fermentation; small-lot Rhône-style vinification; aged ~16 months in neutral French oak barrels before blending and bottling.
