Tasting Note
Bright ruby red; perfumed red berries, strawberry, raspberry, orange zest, rose petals, tellicherry pepper, herbs de Provence, dusty minerality and saline undertones. Silky texture with fine-grained tannins and a focused, lingering spiced finish.
Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, braised beef, charcuterie, herbed roast chicken, ratatouille. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu pork, Sichuan-style dishes, grilled lamb kebabs, teriyaki beef.
Production Method
Southern Rhône–style blend; partial destemming (~60%), fermented on skins and aged in used oak barrels (approx. 12–18 months) to preserve freshness and perfume.
