Perfumed, Grenache-driven notes of kirsch, red raspberry, pomegranate, herbes de Provence, licorice and sweet spice. Medium–full-bodied, textured, with bright acidity, savory meatiness and a supple, lingering finish.
Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, grilled pork, roasted vegetables, ratatouille, charcuterie, mushroom ragu. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu, spicy Sichuan beef, teriyaki beef, yakitori, miso-glazed eggplant.
Production Method
Hand-harvested Yakima Valley fruit; small-lot fermentations for each variety; Grenache-led blend matured ~16–18 months in French oak before blending and bottling.
