Ripe black cherry and plum with violets, cocoa, tobacco and forest-floor earth. Polished, powdery tannins, lively acidity and mineral drive; long, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, sorted, fermented in concrete/stainless vats with long maceration; aged ~16 months in ~45% new French oak; light filtration, minimal fining.
