Tasting Note
Layered, creamy and expressive: citrus blossom, jasmine, lemon curd, white nectarine, peach and grilled pineapple with brioche, vanilla and ginger spice from oak; bright acidity, minerality and a long mouthwatering finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast chicken, pork tenderloin, butter-poached lobster, creamy pasta, grilled salmon. Asian: miso‑glazed fish, tempura, creamy Thai curry, richer-style sushi.

Production Method
Grapes sourced from Gamble Ranch (Oakville); barrel fermented in French oak (≈80% new, including some 500L puncheons), stirred on lees and aged ~8–12 months; warm fermentation to build mouthfeel.

Beringer Vineyards, founded 1876, is Napa’s longest continuously operating winery. Private Reserve is their flagship Chardonnay, primarily from the old Wente-clone Gamble Ranch in Oakville.
