Tasting Note
Bright dark-fruited Cabernet with blackberry, cassis, ripe blueberry and black cherry, rhubarb and fresh mint, plus cocoa, vanilla and subtle forest-floor/earth. Medium-to-full body, fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity, finishing long and savory.
Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, braised short ribs, lamb chops, mushroom risotto. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu or hoisin-glazed pork, Peking duck, spicy Szechuan beef. Red sauces and aged cheeses also pair well.
