Rich black cherry, blackberry and plum with violet and baking spices; cedar, tobacco and dark chocolate from oak. Medium–full body, juicy acidity, firm grainy tannins and a long, savory finish with mineral and herbal lift.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, fermented in concrete and stainless steel tanks; aged ~20 months in French oak (≈40% new). Traditional vinification with controlled extraction and élevage to integrate oak and tannins.
