Tasting Note

Concentrated black and red plum, black cherry, violet and graphite with cedar, spice and subtle earthy/truffle notes. Dense, velvety texture with fine, polished tannins and a long mineral-tinged finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested Merlot/Cabernet Franc; fermentations in stainless steel and concrete; aged 14–18 months in French oak (approx. 40–50% new).
