Tasting Note
Concentrated blackcurrant and blackberry with violet perfume, graphite and forest-floor notes; silky, dense palate with fine-grained tannins, savory tobacco and a long mineral finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, ribeye, duck confit, mushroom risotto, aged cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, beef bulgogi/Korean BBQ, miso-glazed eggplant, shiitake stir-fry.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, parcel vinification in temperature-controlled vats; matured 14–16 months in French oak barrels with roughly 58–63% new oak.
