Tasting Note
Bright pale yellow with very fine bubbles. Aromas of peach, apricot, ripe apple, honeyed biscuit and a spice note. Fresh palate of citrus, pear and mirabelle with crisp acidity and a long, persistent finish.

Oysters, smoked salmon, grilled lobster, filet mignon with honey-ginger; sushi and sashimi, tempura, Asian-style prawns, dim sum, light creamy cheeses, cod tartelet with turmeric and date vinaigrette.
