Black cherry, dark plum and cassis with wild violet, graphite and black licorice; powdery ‘Rutherford dust’ tannins, balanced acidity and a long, persistent finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; destemmed with a seven-day cold soak, 8–12 day fermentation with pump-overs; aged 22 months in French oak (80% new).
