Tasting Note
Generous Napa Cabernet showing red berries (strawberry, black cherry), cassis and blueberry with mocha, kola nut and toasted oak. Medium-full body, soft tannins and a plush, fruit-forward finish—approachable on release.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, roast leg of lamb, mushroom risotto, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu or roast pork, Filipino pork adobo, Sichuan-style braised beef.

Production Method
Grapes destemmed and crushed, fermented in stainless steel, pressed and underwent malolactic fermentation in oak. Aged ~15 months in French/European oak (≈30% new); blended for complexity prior to bottling.
