Tasting Note
Pale straw with green hues. Bright lime, kaffir-lime and musk on the nose; juicy citrus and stone-fruit mid-palate with crisp, saline mineral acidity and a lively, refreshing finish.

Hand-harvested cool-climate fruit from Tasmanian sites; cool fermentation in stainless steel with minimal oak or lees contact; bottled under screwcap (Stelvin) to preserve aromatic purity.
