Tasting Note
Creamy, medium‑full Chardonnay with white peach, apricot, citrus, hazelnut, leesy brioche and saline minerality; gentle oak spice, bright acidity and a long, savory finish.

Western: roast chicken, lobster with butter, creamy pasta, grilled salmon, pork loin. Asian: miso‑glazed black cod, tempura prawns, sushi (fatty), Cantonese roast duck, soy‑glazed pork belly.
Production Method
Hand‑harvested fruit from biodynamically‑influenced vineyards; whole‑bunch pressing, barrel fermentation and 14 months élevage in French oak (c.24% new). Malo‑lactic completion, minimal intervention and coarse filtration.
