Tasting Note
Perfumed red cherry, raspberry and rose petal with violet and forest-floor notes. Silky texture, fine-grained tannins, limestone minerality and a persistent, elegant finish.

Production Method
Organically farmed fruit; partly destemmed Pinot Noir fermented in open-top vats with gentle punch‑downs; élevage in French oak barrels (mix of used and some new) for ~18 months.
