Tasting Note
Ripe red fruits (raspberry, Morello cherry), violet, clove and bergamot; pronounced limestone minerality, fine powdery tannins, crisp acidity and a long, sapid mineral finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; full destemming; fermentation in wooden vats; aged 16–18 months in oak (≈25% new); bottled without fining or filtration.
