Tasting Note

Perfumed red cherry and raspberry, violet florals, subtle earth and orange rind, light spice and cocoa. Silky, medium-bodied with fine tannins, bright acidity and a saline minerality; elegant, persistent finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested grapes; destemmed, indigenous-yeast fermentation in stainless steel with gentle maceration; aged 12–18 months in small oak barrels (≈20% new); minimal fining/limited filtration.
