Tasting Note
Aromas of candied apricot, dried fruit, honey, vanilla and warm spice. Silky, vibrant palate with bright acidity, nutty oak and a long, elegant sweet finish.

Western: crème brûlée, almond tart, pastéis de nata, blue cheese, dark chocolate. Asian: mooncakes, Chinese egg tarts, sesame balls (jian dui), red-bean sweets, almond cookies. Also pairs well with dried fruits and nut-based desserts.
Production Method
