Tasting Note
Amber-brown tawny with dried fruits, toffee, caramel, spice and marzipan. Silky, velvety texture, sweet and concentrated with a long, elegant finish.

Production Method
Single-vintage Colheita fortified during fermentation and matured in large oak casks (French oak, ~550L) for many years with periodic racking before bottling.
