Tasting Note

Amber-tawny colour; dried figs, caramel, toasted nuts, orange peel, vanilla and spice. Silky, balanced sweetness with bright acidity and a long, refined finish. (≤50 words).

Production Method

Single-harvest Colheita fortified with grape spirit and matured in oak casks (large French oak, ~550L) for many years (minimum seven) before bottling.
