Tasting Note
Honeyed vanilla, orchard fruit and oloroso-sherry notes on the nose; palate of toffee, dried fruit, cinnamon and toasted oak; warm, gently spiced and slightly drying finish.

Western: roast pork, braised short ribs, aged cheddar, sticky toffee pudding, dark chocolate. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (barbecue pork), teriyaki salmon, rich Szechuan beef or spiced yakitori.

Production Method
Malted barley distilled in copper pot stills; aged in ex‑bourbon American oak barrels then finished in European Oloroso sherry casks (double‑wood finishing).
