Tasting Note
Deep old-gold colour; nose of honeyed pear, peach, vanilla oak and dried fruit. Palate: rich honey, toffee, floral notes and gentle spice. Long, elegant finish with old oak and soft leather.

Food Pairing
Western: aged cheddar, dark chocolate, roast lamb, beef steak, fruitcake. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, miso-glazed salmon, Korean BBQ, yakitori (grilled chicken skewers).

Production Method
A meticulously composed blended Scotch of matured single malts and grains, each whisky aged ≥30 years and married in oak casks by the house blender.

Ballantine’s, founded by George Ballantine in 1827, is produced by Chivas Brothers (Pernod Ricard). The house uses fingerprint malts (e.g., Miltonduff, Glenburgie) in its blends.
