Tasting Note
Bright citrus, green apple and honeysuckle with saline minerality, toasted hazelnut and subtle vanilla/oak. Creamy mid-palate, taut acidity and a vibrant, long finish.

Western: lobster, scallops, crab, creamy risotto, roast pork or chicken. Asian: sushi/sashimi, shrimp tempura, miso-glazed fish, light Thai seafood dishes.

Production Method
Whole-cluster, barrel fermented with native yeasts; aged ~13 months in French oak (≈37% new) in 300–400L barrels; selection of Triángulo and Llaima parcels.
