Tasting Note
Bright citrus and green apple with lemon curd, honeysuckle, creamy lees and hazelnut; chalky minerality, saline cut, taut acidity and elegant oak spice. Long, persistent finish.

Production Method
Whole-bunch pressing and barrel fermentation with indigenous yeasts; aged ~15 months in French oak (≈35% new; mix of 400L and 228L barrels); partial malolactic.
