Tasting Note
Bright citrus and green apple with lemon curd, honeysuckle, creamy lees and hazelnut; chalky minerality, saline cut, taut acidity and elegant oak spice. Long, persistent finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled scallops, lobster, roast chicken with cream sauce, mushroom risotto, pork tenderloin. Asian: miso-glazed cod, Cantonese steamed fish, sushi/sashimi, tempura, lighter Thai dishes.

Production Method
Whole-bunch pressing and barrel fermentation with indigenous yeasts; aged ~15 months in French oak (≈35% new; mix of 400L and 228L barrels); partial malolactic.

Project led by winemaker Francisco Baettig (ex-Errázuriz) focusing on cool-climate Traiguén parcels; 'Selección de Parcelas' (Los Primos) is the estate's top parcel selection, small-production bottling.
