Tasting Note
Mineral-driven Pinot Noir: crunchy red and dark cherry, sous-bois, black tea and stony minerality, fine savory spice and moderate firm tannins with a saline, persistent finish.

Production Method
Fermented with indigenous yeasts; ~30% whole-cluster; aged ~12 months in 228L barrels (≈20% new), then settled in cement vats before bottling.
