Tasting Note
Blackberry and raspberry with iris, crushed stone and gentle spice. Medium-bodied, fresh acidity, very fine silky tannins and an elegant, slightly peppery, terroir-driven finish.

Production Method
Native-yeast fermentation with ~30% whole clusters; aged in French oak (228L barrels) with ~20% new wood; minimal intervention, estate-grown fruit.

Domaine Bachelet-Monnot, run by brothers Marc and Alexandre since 2005. Single-plot, south-facing Premier Cru from old massal-selection vines (~80–90 years) on clay-limestone soils.
