Tasting Note
Pale lemon. Pear, white peach, citrus rind and subtle stone-fruit with saline-mineral and light spice. Medium-bodied, textured and precise with a savory, gently oak-tinged finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested grapes; fermented in French oak barrels (partial new oak) with malolactic fermentation and 10–14 months élevage on fine lees, limited filtration.
