Tasting Note
Bright red cherry and raspberry with wild strawberry and floral lift, subtle earth and spice; silky texture, fresh acidity and medium body with fine-to-firm tannins and a mineral-driven, refined finish.

Production Method
Practicing organic viticulture; vinified with indigenous yeasts, ~15–25% whole-cluster; aged ~12 months in 350L barrels (c.15% new) then ~6 months in tank.
