Tasting Note
Caramel and vanilla lead, with toffee, banana and toasted oak, light baking spices and roasted nuts; smooth, slightly sweet, medium-bodied with a mellow finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled/BBQ pork, BBQ ribs, grilled shrimp, spiced roasted nuts, dark chocolate and caramel desserts. Asian: Chinese char siu, Filipino adobo, Thai/Malaysian satay, coconut curries, banana fritters or mango sticky rice.

Production Method
Blend of molasses rums distilled in column stills, aged ~1–2 years in charred American (ex-bourbon) oak barrels, then charcoal-filtered and blended prior to bottling.
