Perfumed passionfruit, gooseberry and blackcurrant with lime, mandarin and mineral notes; juicy, fresh palate with bright citrus and herbal spice, finishing long and zesty.

Production Method
Grapes crushed and pressed; fermented in stainless-steel tanks at varying temperatures to preserve fresh varietal aromatics; lightly fined and bottled. Malolactic usually not conducted.
