Tasting Note
Bright, pungent Sauvignon Blanc with passionfruit, grapefruit, lantana and nettle aromas. Palate shows blackcurrant, tropical fruit, lime zest, mineral and spice. Fresh, juicy, medium-bodied with a zesty, lingering finish.
Food Pairing
Oysters and shellfish, grilled prawns, ceviche, light white fish or ceviche, goat cheese and fresh salads; sushi and sashimi, Vietnamese spring rolls, Thai green papaya salad, lightly spiced seafood stir-fries.
Production Method
Predominantly estate fruit; grapes crushed and pressed, fermented in stainless-steel tanks at varied temperatures, filtered and lightly fined. No malolactic fermentation; bottled under screwcap.
