Sweet cherry and raspberry with dark plum, cedar and nutmeg; savoury herb and mushroom notes. Mouth-filling texture, delicate tannins and a persistent, spicy finish.

Western: char-grilled steak, steak & mushroom pie, roasted duck, mushroom risotto. Asian: lamb and eggplant stir-fry, teriyaki duck, shiitake gyoza, char siu pork.

Production Method
Grapes fermented in open-top vats with hand-plunging; malolactic fermentation carried out; matured in oak barriques for several months.
