Sweet cherry and raspberry with dark plum, cedar and nutmeg; savoury herb and mushroom notes. Mouth-filling texture, delicate tannins and a persistent, spicy finish.

Production Method

Grapes fermented in open-top vats with hand-plunging; malolactic fermentation carried out; matured in oak barriques for several months.
