Tasting Note
Bright cherry and ripe red-fruit aromas with vanilla, clove, caramel, toasted oak, chocolate and a mineral/balsamic note. Medium-full, fresh acidity, smooth tannins and a long, spicy finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, beef, aged Manchego, cured ham, game. Asian: char siu or hoisin duck, Korean BBQ beef, teriyaki beef, rich mushroom stir-fries.

Production Method
100% Tempranillo; stainless-steel fermentation followed by Reserva ageing—approximately 36 months total, ~20 months in French and American oak, then bottle ageing.
