Tasting Note
Ripe plum, red cherry and cranberry framed by cedar, smoke and vanilla from oak; silky texture, polished tannins and a medium-long, slightly smoky finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, grilled steak, beef stews, Manchego and cured chorizo. Asian: Korean bulgogi, Chinese char siu or Peking duck, Japanese yakitori (tare), spicy Sichuan beef.

Production Method
Estate/contract Tempranillo; hand-harvested, temperature-controlled fermentation, aged about 18 months in French oak barrels with further bottle ageing before release.
