Tasting Note
Floral and citrus-driven: white blossoms, pear, grapefruit and mandarin, with honey and pollen. Oak adds cedar and sous‑bois; creamy lees texture, elegant acidity, medium‑full body and a long, refined finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled white fish, shellfish, mushroom risotto, roast chicken, aged cheeses. Asian: sushi/sashimi, tempura, miso‑glazed cod, steamed dumplings, lightly spiced Thai or Chinese seafood dishes.

Production Method
Fermented in 500L French oak at ~16°C (≈16 days); Viura macerated one day with skins; aged 7–12 months on fine lees in 500L French oak with occasional batonnage.
