Tasting Note
Deep cherry-red. Black fruits (plum, blackberry), spicy notes, cocoa and well-integrated French oak. Silky, fleshy palate with polished tannins, balanced acidity and long, persistent finish.

Grilled/roast lamb, ribeye or beef stews, aged Manchego and cured meats; Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu, Peking duck, spicy Sichuan pork, mushroom-based Chinese or Japanese dishes.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Tempranillo from old vines; fermentation in stainless/temperature-controlled tanks; aged a minimum ~18 months in new French oak (mainly French), followed by extended bottle aging (~28 months).
