Tasting Note
Deep amber with aromas of caramel, toffee, dried fig, candied orange, toasted almond and coffee. Luxuriously viscous, silky sweetness balanced by bright acidity and a long, caramel-tinged finish.

Production Method
Grapes hand-harvested and air-dried on mats (appassimento), gently pressed; fermented in small oak 'caratelli' with indigenous 'madre' yeast and aged for over a decade.
