Tasting Note
Amber, viscous wine with caramel, walnut-husk, honey, nutmeg and mint notes; flavors of dried figs, almonds, candied orange and orange marmalade; luscious sweetness balanced by bright acidity and a long, sensual finish.

Production Method
Grapes are hand-harvested, dried on mats (appassimento), gently pressed, fermented slowly in 50–60L oak caratelli with indigenous 'madre' yeast, and aged over 10 years in caratelli (oxidative aging).
