Tasting Note
Fresh wild strawberry and cherry, licorice and subtle vanilla from oak; medium-full, silky texture with lively acidity, grippy Sangiovese tannins and a long, elegant finish.

Biodynamic viticulture; separate parcel vinifications, spontaneous (indigenous) yeast fermentation, 30–40 day maceration, aged ~18 months (≈85% in large oak botti, 15% in 500L oak).
