Tasting Note
Ripe apricot, Williams pear and vineyard peach with toasted hazelnut, spice, saline minerality and subtle iodine. Creamy lees-driven texture from oak, bright acidity and a long, persistent, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Albariño; spontaneous fermentation in 228L and 500L French oak barrels; 12 months ageing on fine lees with regular bâtonnage; fined with isinglass and tangentially filtered. Organic viticulture.
