Tasting Note
Bright yellow-straw color. Aromas of apricot, peach and white flowers with saline, mineral and sea-spray notes. Palate is savory, medium-bodied with crisp integrated acidity and long, saline finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Albariño; spontaneous (indigenous) fermentation at 12–15°C; aged 6 months on fine lees with bâtonnage in stainless steel and partial élevage in oak foudres; clarification with isinglass and tangential filtration.
