Tasting Note
Fresh, zesty citrus and white peach with notes of white flowers, grapefruit and subtle tropical hints; chalky minerality and lively acidity leading to a clean, slightly saline finish.
Food Pairing
Western: grilled or citrus-dressed fish (sea bass, sea bream), shellfish, goat cheese, roast chicken. Asian: sashimi, yuzu-cured dorade, sushi, seafood tempura, light Thai or Vietnamese seafood salads.
Production Method
Blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris and Sémillon; fermented with partial élevage in oak barrels (barriques) to add texture while preserving fresh aromatics.
