Tasting Note
Fresh and aromatic: citrus zest, white peach, tropical fruit and honeysuckle, with a creamy mid-palate from oak, lively acidity, light minerality and a clean, slightly persistent finish.

Western: oysters, scallops, grilled fish, roast chicken, creamy cheeses (Brie, Comté). Asian: sashimi/sushi, ceviche, Thai or Vietnamese dishes with citrus/herbs, light curries.
Production Method
Hand-harvested Sauvignon Blanc/Gris and Sémillon; fermented and aged ~6 months in French oak (≈50% new) then blended and bottled under the Bordeaux AOC.

Produced by Château Lagrange (3ème Cru Classé, Saint‑Julien). Les Arums is the estate’s white cuvée (created 1996), from a small Médoc vineyard; estate owned by Suntory.
