Concentrated black-fruit core (blackberry, plum) with licorice, spice, cedar and violet notes. Powerful, polished tannins, pronounced minerality and citrus peel accents; long, saline, savory finish with layered complexity.

Hand-harvested single-vineyard Tempranillo; 24–48h cold soak, indigenous-yeast fermentation in oak vats (historically foot-trodden), matured ~13–15 months in French oak with significant new-oak influence.
