Tasting Note
Fine, persistent bead; aromas of honeysuckle, white peach and lemon oil with pastry and oyster-shell notes. Flavours of grapefruit pith, lemon curd and sourdough; silky, saline finish with precise citrus drive.

Production Method
Traditional bottle fermentation (Methode Traditionnelle). ~30 months tirage on lees; ~9% fermented in older French oak; 100% malolactic fermentation; dosage ~4.7 g/L.
