Tasting Note

Ripe black plum, boysenberry and dark cherry with mocha, coffee and black chocolate; floral rose and savory tapenade notes, velvety yet firm tannins and a long, mocha-tinged finish.

Production Method

Fermented in temperature-controlled vats and matured 18–24 months in French oak (c.50% new); élevage focuses on extraction and oak integration.
