Concentrated old‑vine Pinot Noir: dark/ wild berries, black cherry, plum, peony/rose petal, orange rind and spice, with earthy sous‑bois, focused acidity and refined, silky tannins; long, precise finish.

Blend of three old‑vine village parcels; ambient/indigenous yeast fermentation with partial whole‑cluster (c.50–60%), 16 months in oak (≈30–33% new); minimal fining/filtration.
