Tasting Note
Rich, creamy Champagne with brioche and orange-blossom aromas, peach, apricot and crystallized citrus. Palate shows cherry, vanilla, honey and lemon zest, fine mousse, silky texture and a lingering, refined acidity.

Food Pairing
Seared scallops, oysters, roasted quail, freshwater fish, creamy seafood pasta; sushi, tempura, dim sum (shrimp dumplings), Peking duck, mild Thai or Cantonese dishes.

Production Method
Traditional méthode champenoise; blended from three vintages, extended lees aging and secondary fermentation in bottle. Dosage ~9 g/L; some dosage components are matured in French oak.

Produced by the Cattier family (Chigny-lès-Roses) with winemaking heritage since 1763. Armand de Brignac is a luxury cuvée noted for hand-finished metalized bottles and pewter 'Ace of Spades' labels.
